Ceviche

Ceviche is a very popular dish, however there are many different ways of making it. Almost every country has some version of this delicious dish. It is perfect for the summer when you just want to eat something fresh and cool. You do not need an oven or even stove for this delicious recipe. It is perfect for a family night in or even a huge party. It is great of parties because it can be marinated overnight and doesn't take too much work. The fish or shrimp is cooked by lemon juice. I know that sounds kind of weird but if I didn't tell you and just gave it you would never even know! The recipe I will give you is a very specific one that my family makes but you can substitute anything you want in it to your liking! The best way to eat this is with tortilla chips or crackers!

two pounds of shrimp
ten limes
cilantro
5 diced tomatoes
2 onions
3 avocados
2 hot peppers
a pinch of salt


All you have to do is let the shrimp cook in the lime juice for at least two hours and then add the rest of the ingredients in make sure everything is finely chopped and enjoy on tortilla chips or crackers
