how to be confident

Having confidence is a very tricky thing. Being able to say good things about yourself can be very difficult. It shouldn't be, but it just is. Over 70% of girls 15yrs-17yrs avoid normal everyday things, like going to school, or going out with friends simply because they aren confident and feel bad about themselves. Another interesting statistic is among all high school students, 44% of girls and 15% of guys are attempting to lose weight. the first tip I have for you is to "fake it tip you make it" Just because you feel ugly doesn't mean you should literally not attempt to at least try, keep your hygiene up and dress nicely. Smiling is another very effective way in boosting your self esteem, even if you're are not having the best day, try to put on a smile. Build your confidence by heeling others, I know for me wen I make someone else happy and smile, I myself start feeling better about myself than I did before I helped someone out.
Those are just a few ways to boost your confidence up a little bit! Always remember you are beautiful no matter what

Oreo Cheesecake

I've made this dessert a couple time before and everyone that has tried it has fell in
love. It's the perfect combination! If you love oreos and love cheesecake, I can
guarantee you will fall in love with these Oreo Cheesecake bars! They are perfect for
putting out at a party dessert table, but they also work for just relaxing at home on
a sunday. The crust gives it the perfect crunch, and the cheesecake and oreo combo just melts in your mouth!

Ingredients:
Crust:
25 whole oreos
2 tbsp of melted unsalted butter
Cheesecake:
12 oz cream cheese
6 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 large whole egg
1 egg yolk
12 whole oreo cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a 8x8 inch glass dish with foil. Let two sides of the foil hang over on the baking dish so it's easier to pull out the cheesecake
  2. For the crust, in a food processor, pulse the Oreos until they're  ground. Add in the melted butter and pulse until the cookies are moistened.
  3. Transfer the Oreos to the prepared baking pan and press the crumbs in an even layer over the bottom of the pan. Bake crust for 10 minutes then set aside.
  4. Beat cream cheese on medium high until light and smooth, about 2 minutes. Then mix in the sugar until combined.
  5. Blend in the sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Then beat in the egg and egg yolk.
  6. Gently stir in the chopped Oreos.
  7. Pour cheesecake batter over the crust. Bake for 40 minutes, or until cheesecake is set around the edges but slightly wobbly in the center.
  8. Let cheesecake cool to room temperature for 1 hour then cover the pan and refrigerate until well chilled, about 3 hours I usually chill mine overnight.
  9. To cut the bars place it on a cutting board. Peel away the foil and slice into bars. Clean the knife blade after each slice to keep the edges nice and neat.
  10. Keep in fridge until ready to serve.

Perfect Road Trip

Have you ever thought of taking a road trip? But not like a one hour trip to a town near you. Im asking if you've ever wanted to just but a pause in your everyday life and go on a two month road trip around your country? I have the perfect thing for you if you answered yes. Randy Olsen created a map pin pointing fifty different places to visit in the U.S. If you actually plan to travel the entire trip you should plan on driving 13,699 miles. That would average to about 224 hours.  If you don't have a job or are able to get off that much time, its doable. Without stopping it would take approximately nine days. In reality you would want to stop everywhere and of course bathroom and food, so Olsen believes it would take 2-3 months. When Randy Olsen was creating this he set up the perfect trip that would be the shortest route between each landmark.
